Striking problems

My two strikers seems to struggle in creating chances, rarely more than 1 or 2 per game. Someone who has an idea how to make the settings better? II´m playing a 4-4-2 with attacking two wingers and one attacking midfielder. How to set the mentality to get the most out of them? Any good ideas?

Firstly, probably needs more balance anyway, secondly, players don't connect with crosses very often, so wide tactics aren't always very effective.

Try uploading a few PKMs in the 'what am I doing wrong' thread. It's hard for people to know what the problem is without seeing the matches.
