brambleten Posted September 11, 2010 Share Posted September 11, 2010 I think determination is pretty important, as apparently it means they will keep trying to find players and come out with more players than scouts with less determination. (after doing a test with scouts from the same country and similar JPA/JPP but massively different determination, the higher determination guy found more players in a similar time period searching the same place at the same time.)
