Brilliant start, exactly what was needed, strong team performance. Now i wont boast about my team like other people, ill get down to the results, here are my team's next 12 games...

Gillingham 2-5 Reading (Carling Cup - 1st Round)

Reading 3-0 Scunthorpe (League)

Sheffield Utd 0-1 Reading (League)

Reading 4-0 Watford (League)

Reading 4-3 Derby (Carling Cup - 2nd Round)

Leicester 0-3 Reading (League)

Reading 3-0 Millwall (League)

Reading 1-0 Bolton (Carling Cup - 3rd Round)

Reading 2-2 Middlesbrough (League)

Reading 3-0 Swansea (League)

My start to the season has been great, a brilliant unbeaten league run of 8 games, and i have so far got to the 4th round of the Carling Cup, knocking out Premier League outfit Bolton in the process. I was 1st in the table, 2pts ahead of Burnley... My next opponents...

FT: Burnley 0-0 Reading (League)

The right result really, both teams played some good football which cancelled each other out, neither side was able to make the break through, fair result.

Doncaster 2-1 Reading (League)

Reading 5-2 Nottingham Forest (League)

Portsmouth 0-3 Reading (League)

My first loss, away to donny, my team didnt perform, got what we deserved, made up for it though with two good wins. My next game is a tough test again Premier League team Newcastle, in the 4th round of the Carling Cup...

FT: Reading 4-3 Newcastle

Shane Long (33) Reading

Xisco (55) Newcastle

Brian Howard (pen 74) Reading

Shola Ameobi (90+2) Newcastle

Danny Guthrie (102) Newcastle

Simon Church (110) Reading

Simon Church (113) Reading

Excellent performance, if ever there was a need for the phrase "Super Sub", Simon Church earned it! Through to the quater finals! ... drawn against Chelsea... away... fantastic.

Reading 2-0 Cardiff (League)

Leeds 1-3 Reading (League)

Reading 3-1 Crystal Palace (League)

Reading 3-1 Ipswich (League)

Coventry 1-2 Reading (League)

-------------- Andy Rich named Manager of the Month

A brilliant string of results, the Newcastle game clearly gave my team the confidence to carry on in the league! Next up... Chelsea away...

FT: Chelsea 3-1 Reading

Yossi Benayoun (21) Chelsea

Jobi McAnuff (28) Reading

Saloman Kalou (75) Chelsea

Ramires (90) Chelsea

We gave it our all, but we couldn't come back from two late goals by the champions. Its a sad day, but we should be proud of what we have achieved in the tournament.

Thats as far as ive got to so far, i will post next after completing another big chunk of the season.

Post comments on what you think!

Thanks for Reading

Andy
