This isn't a story as far as I can see. I'd suggest you have a look around and see what is required to be posted in FMS.

Read anything by Mark Wilson if you want to see how a story that is solely fooball/match based should be laid out. Currently you don't have anything like enough detail in your posts. The sort of stories Mark writes are (without wishing to offend Mark) the minimum we would expect if you wish to post here.

That said, flesh it out a bit and we'll happily read every word. Currently I couldn't even direct you to the career updates forum as they'd need more detail too.

Celtic_1967 is correct on all counts. We do need to see a bit more. I went back to your original thread and had a look too -- we have house rules against pictures and we do need more than a scoreline. Otherwise I can direct you to Careers but even they would want to see a bit more.

MARCA: IT WAS A GAME OF TWO HALVES.

With the first half not having much chances, out of the chances that were created real madrid had all of them through there two young strikers of Joselu and Cherysev.Joselu blasted just wide following a good run form outside the box to inside the box.Cherysev also had another good chance to give real madrid the edge but he failed to capitalise on an error from Uri with blasting his shot over the bar when he really should of scored.

At the break Ferenc Puskas made a whole 11 changes to his starting line up with the likes of higuain , benzema , di maria and sergio ramos coming on. It didnt take real madrid long to score the first goal of the afternoon with shot from 6 yards out which went past morales the sant andreu goalie into the net and Higuain went off celebrating.Real Madrid didnt take long to score another through that man again Higuain with tap around the keeper after an inch perfect pass from Xabi Alonso.Real madrid made it three through there young winger Pedro Leon who showed his finishing ability when he hammered the ball home from 3 yards out. From then on real madrid controled the game and eventually made it four through a sublime 25 yard finish from there big frenchman benzema , 4 minutes late benzema scored again with an effort from outside the box which he hit home low and hard into the bottom corner.Through out the game real madrid controled the game with sant andreu only having one shot and real madrid having 20 shots shows real madrids dominance of the match.Real madrid will be hoping to keep there winning formula ahead of the new Liga BBVA season when they fly out to america to salt lake on the 31st july.

SALT LAKE TIMES: Salt Lake Dont Rollover For Real.

With people expecting real madrid to record a comfortable victory over salt lake but it was far from easy. There was no surprise when real madrid took the lead through there young promising striker joselu when he took advantage of ozil's great through ball to place it past the goalkeeper.Real madrid also had a scare when real salt lake had a corner which ended up in much of a fumble in the box, before stephen glazer took a shot but was left shocked when Pablo Sarabia cleared it off the line.

Well into the second half which was much more of an even half. Salt Lake had the first key chance of the second half when Stephen Glazer headed it straight at Jerzy Dudek.Real Madrid finally got some breathing space when a pinpoint croos from ronaldo found the head of Sarabia and he finished it in style with a diving header.Real got there third through young midfielder canales after a cut back from Benzema and Canales finished with a side foot into the far corner. The match proved harder than Madrid expected but they will be happy they have came away from America with the draw.

I would recommend reading things for a while here. The write ups you made are good--if you look at the other stories here, very few of them have lineups listed for each game, and most only include the game summaries at the end of some more in depth description.

If you like to write, focus on both what happens in the game, but also _why_ it happens? As Ferenc Puskas, what do you think of the squad? Who are your favorite players? Why do you use them the way you do? What are your hopes for the future of the squad? Do you like your assistant coaches? Why?

Don't answer all of those at once, but look for things you can write that help bring the reader into the story, give them a reason to come back, let us know why _you're_ interested in it.
