Da Beezer
I like that it's harder to find scouts with good attributes. Another thing I have noticed is the fact that my perfect scouts gives me five star reports for leading premier division players all the time. It's much harder to single out the real gems, which is good. It shouldn't be easy to predict how a 14-16 year old will turn out. The downside is that I find myself actually buying even more youngsters than before!
Jelle Slaets
I don't yet have the luxury to buy many youngsters as I just promoted to the first division in Belgium, however, the ones I have bought are now attracting the Liverpools, Ajaxes and Bayerns, so I think they still are as good as ever. Da Beezer
Yeah, I'm not arguing about the quality of the regens. In fact, according to my scouts they seem to be better than ever, as tons of players are predicted as leading premier division players.
Flukey
The star system is not how good they are in general, more of how good they are in comparison to your team. ie: if you were in a lower league, all premier players would be 5 stars, as they would be a class above your current players. Similarly, you could be Man Utd and scout the same players, and get a lower star rating.
Da Beezer
Yeah, but as I wrote the scout rates A LOT of them as leading premier division players.
