jptykes Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 Trying to create my own skin based on the Dark FM11 skin. I'm having issues. Lots of them First one I want to tackle is how to remove the quick flick things beside the logo as shown below. I'm guessing the xml is found in Titlebar but so far I've experimented at removing or altering sections without any luck. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
michaeltmurrayuk Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 The Quick Flicks are controlled by this code right at the bottom of the titlebar.xml file: <!-- Quick Flicks --> <container> <layout class="stick_to_sides_attachment" alignment="all" inset="0"/> <layout class="fit_children_attachment" alignment="all" inset="0"/> <container id="flik" width="160"> <layout class="arrange_horizontal_attachment" layout="75,-1" gap="5" inset="0"/> <layout class="stick_to_sides_attachment" alignment="vertical" layout_children="true" inset="-4"/> <layout class="stick_to_sides_attachment" alignment="vertical" inset="0"/> <container> <widget class="quick_flick_button" id="flkl" auto_size="all" appearance="button/custom/quickflicks/left/button" cached="true" step="-1"> <layout class="stick_to_sides_attachment" alignment="left" inset="15"/> <layout class="stick_to_sides_attachment" alignment="top" inset="35"/> </widget> </container> <container> <widget class="quick_flick_button" id="flkr" auto_size="all" appearance="button/custom/quickflicks/right/button" cached="true" step="1"> <layout class="stick_to_sides_attachment" alignment="right" inset="15"/> <layout class="stick_to_sides_attachment" alignment="top" inset="35"/> </widget> </container> </container> </container> Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
jptykes Posted November 10, 2010 Author Share Posted November 10, 2010 So deleting that will presumably remove them then? I was looking much higher up in the file - Browse buttons section. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
michaeltmurrayuk Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 Yes deleting the code will remove them (just make sure you delete the three </container> tags at the bottom aswell) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

jptykes Posted November 24, 2010 Author Share Posted November 24, 2010 Is there a list anywhere of the various 'codes' used in the xml and what they mean/equate to? I'm thinking specifically of the sbpc, mnpc & mbrc kind of 'codes' that control which logos etc are used. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
radestock Posted November 24, 2010 Share Posted November 24, 2010 No there isn't sadly. You can basically guess what the code is though from where it's used and the comments above it. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
