TonyA
Can anyone suggest something I can do in the second half of games? As I am getting turned over in them against my titles rivals in my Spurs game. I recently played Man U and Arse. I was leading both matches at half time and the beginning of the second half was like a training match and completely one sided. I mean they both just had chance after chance. Should I set my tactics to contain at the beginning?
johnhughthom
I generally just use the "retain possession" shout when looking to hold a lead, seems to work better than wholesale changes.
ManUTactician247
try the half-time team talk "don't get complacent"
robertcornell68
If your tactics were working in the first half, they should carry on working. What team talks do you do?
TonyA
John - Cheers, I may try that. ManU - I do use that most often. Robert - Don't get complacent and encourage. I'll double check next time I play a big team.
