I remember reading about this in the past but had never done it, so I would just like to ask the best way to create a future player to appear in the game.

I found a code that stated to add one would be done like this:

"FUTURE_REGEN" "Wobill" "Wobill Luman" "Luman" "22-04-1992" "English" "Preston North End"

is there away to add potential to this code, so the player code become a hot prospect?
