Traininig

Hi,

I've never really delved in to creating my own training regimes but im now wanting to get on with it. After having a look at it though im unsure as to what each section trains which stats. For example. If i highlight over Strength a bubble pops up saying "Strength Training, Improves players stamina, strength etc" Im wanting to know every stat it does for each category. Can anyone help me with this?

So im wanting to know what stats these train...

Strength -

Aerobic -

GK - Shot Stopping

GK - Handling

Tactic -

Ball Control -

Defending -

Attacking -

Shooting -

Can you help me with this as im sure there will be others out there that arent 100% sure what they train.
