As Arsenal's manager they have turned down my last bid of 25 mil pounds (dont have much more to offer) has anyone ever managed to sign young Jack (labeled the next Frank Lampard)? Every club has a price for every player, that does not mean the player will agree a contract with you. If you manage to buy him for 13 mil in season one, thats because that is his AI defined value, you are a big club with bigger rep than Everton and you are not a rival club. And the end of the day, all you can do is offer the price of the player and see it he'll sign, His price increases as the game progresses and that is only natural in his case, he improves a lot. His passing is over 80% too, he is a quality player who has established himself in the England camp. He plays DMC (Defend) for me.
