When I asked my board t have the youth facilities improved they granted it and when the 2nd seasons came along I got no new youth players coming through. Sorry for the atrocious spelling. That certainly used to be a good way of guaranteeing a new set of kids coming in each year - I guess the theory being that if you have a full squad of U18's, then you aren't going to need to promote any younger / newer kids to replace them.
