Premiership
My player keep coming to me telling me that they're not happy with the lack of discipline I show. How can I improve it?
spizaa
Don't praise them for poor/mediocre performances. Tell them they need to train harder. Tell them you're dropping them to the reserves. Drop them to the reserves. Fine them wages for poor performances and bookings.
HakanMild
It means you have to at least give them a warning when they get a red card.

Cadijk van Kaarhandel
Just warn them for red cards. Then another red for the same player, or another for someone else in a match soon after, up it to a week's fine. Should keep them quiet.
MarkTCfc
Fine the expletives for every slight thing they do. Soon get em in line. This also sorts out any trouble makers who argue abotu fines or argue about other players being fined and tehn you can click the little transfer list button. Job done my little cotton bud saxaphone sock trumpet.
