My previous tactic that was working well now isn't that great and my games are very tight so i'm going to make a new tactic. Just wondering how quickly my players will adapt to it so it can be at it's optimum effectiveness if i put my match preperation on highest? sjm Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 It doesn't take that long (weeks rather than months or years) for the bars to be reasonably high. You can always continue using your old tactic while the players get used to the new one if you're worried about the effect. Ideally you'd do this in pre-season... If your new tactic uses the same formation as your old one, it doesn't seem to take long at all. The bars don't drop horribly when you change tactical settings but not overall formation. Seeing as you can have 3 tactics to prepare, and your players are probably used to them, you could try a variation of one of the 3.
