dan the arsenal fan Posted May 8, 2008 Share Posted May 8, 2008 i started a new game about 3 weeks ago and was doing well until this evening when i went to play and loaded the game but it went back onto windows and said 'the save game could not be loaded' why would it do this now as it has been working fine for the last 3 weeks? i have not done anyhting abnormal in the game or to the game. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Hershie Posted May 8, 2008 Share Posted May 8, 2008 Corrupted file, usually due to interuptions or background interferences while saving. As FM is actually still running for a few moments after returning to desktop when exiting/saving, doing anything like running another application, shutting down your PC, or virus scanning at this point can be fatal, so to speak.
