Kits not showing

Hi all was hoping someone could help with this small problem.

I have downloaded lots of kits & have put them in my game.

Now must are showing ok but for some reason England home & Away, New Zealand home & Away & a few more are only shoing as default.

Now i know a while back you had to add a line 2009 in the config to make some kits show is it the same for 2011.
