Can't claim the credit for the idea which I believe was Zero Sea's but selecting Have Faith individually for each player both pre match and at half time has worked superbly for me. The only change I have made as the seasons have gone by, is I do prefer to fire up the troops with "I want to sse more from you" if losing at half-time. Also on FM10 when I became the dominant force in the Prem league and Europe I started to make some use of I Expect a Win pre-match to deal with complacency. In FM11 I'm still working my way up the leagues (BSS to Championship) and I haven't had to use this talk yet, except for the odd cup game against lower league opposition.
