hagakure
Im just wondering if its possible to retrain a player to be "natural" in a new position, or is "accomplished" max? I have a 22 years young player that is "natural" as DL and "accomplished" as DR, strong with both legs and has high adoptation (dont know about versatility). I want to retrain him to be natural as DR. Im playing FM10 10.
Dar2000
On 10.3 I retrained an AMR to AMC. After playing there as acomplished for a while, he turned 'natural'. This was a top class player though. Never managed it before with anyone else
Bracken
Yeah it can be done, but can take a long time and if you stop retraining them once they're natural they will go back to accomplished again.
kingjericho
It depends on the players, in FM10 I started playing Coentrão as a LB with NO position development and in the end of the season he was natural at LB.
Gourcuff20
I've managed to do it with a DM regen. I am not playing with DMs, so I've retrained him from DM to MC (had accomplished level before). Now he's a natural, it took almost two years.
