If your already in contact with Neil I would suggest PM'ing him. All your going to get here is the same advice you have probably already had and keep going round in circles. Thats why I'd be contacting tech support talking to people who can actually do something about it. The only info your going to get here is what you already know and what you have probably already tried. Get back in contact with Neil.
