RedRock1986
I play a 4-3-3 (lone striker with two attacking wingers and a creative midfield). As I have gone up in the league my goals from up front haven't been what you would call a foregone conclusion. I would like to incorporate a 25+ goal a season striker into my squad, I'll either play with a poacher or a Target Man (support) - What would you say is the best role for the lone forward? Cheers
Cougar2010
Personally in general I would Complete forward/support but different styles of tactics can make others work especially if you also play with an AMC.
Ratrug101
At the moment on my United save, Rooney's injured so i have Hernandez as a lone striker set to Poacher. He's banged in 17 from 15 games, so i'd highly recommend Poacher if they have the right attributes. Babacar is my sub striker who if i sub for him, i set to Target Man on Support, and he always gets the odd goal, had him on for the last 10 minutes in a game earlier and he got 2 goals in 6 minutes. So it's up to you really, try both out and see which works better. Good luck with it
Lospe
Poacher or Advanced Forward, I always choose either of these, I'd definitely go for Advanced Forward if the guy is good at long shots.
derbyliam7
i play a 4-2-3-1 and always have a quick striker playing as a poacher. with him set as the target man in team instructions, playing balls to feet. seem to work a treat for me.
