nmwaldron Posted April 29, 2011 Share Posted April 29, 2011 Hi I know the important required stats for an asm; determination, motivation, player knowledge, tactical knowledge etc What do you think are the most important stats if you are relying on your asm to do the opposition instructions, take care of press conferences and pick the team from time to time? I would assume good stats in Tactical knowlede and player ability. Any other thoughts? I'm trying to get a really good asm to help me out.
