Youth training...

Seems to be the only area i have problems with! Does amyone know of a good youth schedule!? Im currently using a weight attributed training schedule for the first team and it seems to be working pretty well so im sticking with it but there was no youth schedule. Help or suggestions for youth schedules would be appreciated; its only now that i think i might finally have some young talent!

Use the same schedules but taper them back so that the overall workload is the same as your senior schedules would be the easiest solution. If you wanted to get slightly more fancy then up the fitness categories whilst slightly diminishing the rest would be a generic solution (although you could then just use the ones that come with the game if you don't really want to get your hands dirty).

Sign em up when they hit 17 and theyll go into senior training anyway
