Help Needed / How To Make Team Panels The Same Colour

Basically I switched Barcelona's title colours from the blue and red to black and white. I was finding it difficult to read, I now would like to make every teams title and text colours black and white. I was wondering if it can be mass edited on the editor, FMRTE or another way. I know it's a bit of an odd request but thanks in advance.
