Jad123
I'm currently managing Manchester United and as I expect a lot of people know, Ravel Morrison is one of the brightest prospects in their under 18s. He is, however, a bit of a wild child, getting involved in fights and stuff outside of football. I'd expect he's likely to have a really low professionalism attribute but I can't tell for sure, so is there anyway to train that trait up? Can it be affected by tutoring, game experience, captaincy responsbility or anything?

furiousuk
Tutor will shape those delinquents into the sort of player who always attend charity balls and is the first to join Geldof for a charity single, oh, and it'll help them perform on the pitch too. It's possible to guess the hidden stats of a player by paying attention to their personality and media handling. This thread goes into far more detail.
