PLF
Anyone else do this with any success? Usually I choose 'hard-tackle' from opposition instructions screen for players who have low bravery but when I'm playing against someone like Joey Barton, I go 'hard-tackling' hoping one of the challenges ****es him off and he lashes out and gets red-carded. But I haven't had any success with it yet? seems like players are much more 'in control'... even controversial/temperamental ones. Anyone else do this ? And what's your success been like in provoking edgy opponents. I do the same when an opponent players' 'motivation' during game time is 'ill-disciplined' or 'In danger of being booked'. Sometimes it works.
BurakUeda
I do have some success with temperamental/low strength/low tackle opposition strikers when I tightly man-mark them with my high tackle/high marking center backs. They get yellow in first half almost 100%, sometimes 2nd yellow or sometimes directly red but rare.
Dion\'s Jock Strap
Yes, this can work, especially if they are volatile or confrontational. Also I check their motivation. If it says 'in danger of losing discipline' I know it's working :-)
