Pauk-Paul
Quaility strikers like Neymar, Drogba & Torres are missing easy chances all the time? Why? Is there anything tactically that i can do to reduce this happening@@?
furiousuk
Not unless they are keep shooting from 30 yards. It's more often than not a motivational issue, unmotivated players lack the confidence to strike it towards goal whilst those feeling the pressure like to fire it at the hecklers in the crowd (thusly missing the desired target). Are they actually easy chances? If it isn't on their stronger foot with NO defensive pressure then it isn't an easy chance. Have a look at your CCC's (clear-cut chances) in the analysis tab, if you have 5-6 CCC's a no goals to show for it then this is drastically unlucky with that calibre of player and it won't keep up. If you keep on creating what the game decides are CCC's then you will start scoring and you'll probably start scoring from non-CCC's. Without knowing your current tactical set-up it is hard to guess at why they are missing but, at a push, I'd suggest maybe a few shouts: work ball into box, pass to feet, retain possession. All these should slow things down a little and place an emphasis on shooting when players really believe they will score rather than more speculative efforts.
