Jad123
Hi guys, got a little question for you. Is there anything that affects the growth rate of a player's determination whilst he is being tutored? I would, logically, think the tutee's professionalism, but professionalism is one of the key things I'd like to raise by mentoring. Alex Chamberlain and Gabriel Obertan seem very resistant to changing their personality attributes, and the only visible indicator of success during mentoring, determination has remained the same for both of them after about two or three months, despite being tutored by Ashley Young and Ryan Giggs respectively. Cheers in advance.
Smac
You can also check on their personal page to see their personality type and media-handling style, both of which reflect personality, albeit a bit broadly. http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/261125-Player-personality-formula Its possible that young players with high determination won't show a growth in determination because they match their tutors. Unlikely with that quartet though, eh?
ham_aka_stam
It's a bit of a lottery. The ideal tutor is high in the attributes you want to pass on, but not too far away from the tutee, or there will be "personality differences" and they'll hate each other.
