It is quite possible to add the competitin through the intercontinental rules but it would be so buggy and crap it would be unbelieveable. I'll make a version assigned to a country's league system first, and then if you don't mind about it replacing the Champion's League and Europa League I could make a bodged version in the club continental rules section.
