How do I add a picture to my profile? I know it's been asked but a search returned nothing

I made a bit of a newby mistake and forgot to add any details to my manager profile other than my name not quite sure how that happened, I've put everything else right with FMRTE other than the picture, it's not major but it annoys me seeing that silhouette so could someone explain it again? Thanks, and apologies for using a new thread to ask this, I'm sure I've seen a thread on this before but now when I need it I can't bloody find it
