False9
Hello everyone, I am a bit (OK alot) of a geek when it comes to football in that I enjoy the tactics and strategy of the game just as much as the action and find the subject fascinating to read about. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good tactical websites that I may not of heard of? Here's a few that I enjoy: - www.zonalmarking.com - - http://leftbackinthechangingroom.blogspot.com - http://www.guardian.co.uk/profile/jonathanwilson - http://www.tomwfootball.com/category/tactics/ - www.si.com - www.arsenalcolumn.co.uk If anyone finds any particular subject interesting then do let me know, I may be able to point you in the direction of a good read. Personally I am fascinated by the False 9 and the tactical systems around that, also the 'modern centre half' with the DM dropping back to DC and the wingbacks rushing forward. Cheers Great Success! Jad123
ZonalMarking is a brilliant site, the regularity of the updates has slowed a little over the past six months but you can still pick up some key concepts and principles on there. Btw, it's zonalmarking.net
hirsty1867
Tictactic.com, or something along those lines is good. Its all about Celtic though, but the analysis is good
