How do I change the background colour in the base skin?

How do you change the background picture in a skin? I don't like the dark colour in the dark base skin. I found where to change attribute colours, but I can't find where tto change the background colour of the skin.

The background is an image file. Simply create an image called default.jpg (important everything is in lower case) making it whatever colour or design you would like.

For the dark base skin you will need to create a new folder within the main skin folder alongside the 'panels' 'fonts' and 'settings' folders. Call it 'graphics'.

Within this folder make another folder called 'backgrounds' and then put your default.jpg in there. Make sure 'Show background pictures' is ticked within the display and sound area of game preferences. Reload the skin and you will see your background image.
