metalface13 Posted September 22, 2011 Share Posted September 22, 2011 I'm completely new to Football Manager (and manager sims in general) and have been playing offline for only a couple of weeks. My brother is curious about what playing online is like. I've read the how to set up games and stuff, but I'm wondering what the experience is actually like. I know one person acts as host and server, but what happens when we play? Can I not take my turn until he does? Or does it just update to the server either time one of us logs on and plays? If we're in the same league how does that work with the standings and what happens when our two teams play against each other? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
SazoJohnno Posted September 22, 2011 Share Posted September 22, 2011 metalface13 - you and the other guy that's playing online, you both play on FM at same time at different clubs. (You as Man City and him for Man United for example) and you just have to wait for the other guy to continue. You both have to continue. Not alone.
