Purplehaze420
The question relates to the fact that I use an iMAC on which I have separate partitions running OS X Lion & Windows 7 via BootCamp. Will I be able to download and install the Windows version via Steam on the Windows 7 partition and also the MAC version via Steam on the OS X Lion partition inclusive in the single Steam purchase.? Administrators Neil Brock Posted October 6, 2011 Administrators Share Posted October 6, 2011 So Steam is going to counteract piracy is it?...oh dear SI, oh dear. Start searching... But you can't run it at the same time. As with any Steam install you can install it as many times as you like, but can only run one instance of your account on Steam at any one time. I'm sure that's the case...if you're installing through Steam.
civilservant
Im afraid Neil you can circumvent that. Just set steam to be permanently offline. Oh and OP, why would you want to sully your Mac with a windoze partition?
