renegpunkt
Cause if you buy a digital download, there is no manual, like described by neil ... If you purchased of a digital copy of the game, please follow the steps below to activate the game on Steam: - Download the Steam client: http://store.steampowered.com/about/ - Install Steam on your computer - Once installed, open up Steam - Go to +ADD A GAME at the bottom-left of the window - Then select Activate a product on Steam - Enter your Activation Code found on the back of the manual. - Steam should now download your game. Aim_Less
This error may be caused by having certain Steam files set to Read Only try this Exit Steam. Navigate to the directory where you have installed Steam. (Typically C:\Program Files\ ) Right-click on the Steam folder. Select Properties. Check the Read-Only checkbox and press Apply. Uncheck the Read-Only checkbox and press Apply if its blocked ou have to unlock it

renegpunkt
When i click on play after restarting the holy steam, it says starting game, then something like activating footballmanager and nothing happens. i click for a second time on play and it says the game is not avaiable. maybe you have forgotten activating it for switzerland ? steam is running normally, no compatibility mode... I removed the whole installation. Now I have to wait 2 hours, cause they have a limited bandwith...
