philwood
I have pre purchased the game from Gamersgate but when I try and download I get the following messagewhen the download gets to the 93.7% mark. "An error has occured while downloading, the download is now paused. You may unpause the download to try again. Error message failed to create file". I have tried unpausing and going again but same message. Anybody else had this problem or is it just me? Wish I had bought it through somebody else now as Gamersgate aren't answering my emails to customer support. Very frustrating when they have already took the money off my credit card. If anybody knows a solution to this I would be grateful to hear it, unfortunately I think I will just have to try and get my money back. Wiitastic
how about calling them on the phone if they are in the same country as you. Surely they'd answer a phone
FuSS
sounds like a corrupt download - delete it, wipe your temp files, cache and prefetch data, and then start it over.
AustSaint
I had no trouble with my pre-order with gamersgate. Sounds like a corrupt download as someone mentioned.
