dribbler Posted October 30, 2011 Share Posted October 30, 2011 well I definitely read something on another site that explained it but that was ages ago...did you read mantralux's stickied post?...did he explain it I forget? for star ratings what's in my head is: att=att/tac bc=tech/ment shoot=att/tech def=def/tac tac=tac gk=gk fit=fit (a) when I say att/tech I'm not saying these are necessarily equal (I forget) (b) as well as this you need det+disc+mot for a percentage of the rating (these ranked equally so just sum them) © not trying to say this method will get you the best coaches just that these are the things I look for to get a high star rating (d) each staff member has a training rating...this will not get you the highest star rating because you need to adjust for det/disc/mot (e) it's perfectly possible I've got these wrong because I researched it for FM10 and it might have changed Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
