coppelledstreets
I would like to see more options involving future promises, say an increase in the wage budget or transfer budget that could be negotiable. You could even include better training facilities or a bigger scouting network into the negotiations. It seems wrong that it is just about the wage & contract length. Cheers. zeusbheld
seconded. in real life the details of a negotiation are rarely if ever disclosed but i'd imagine such things could be negotiated as part of a contract deal, so why not have it in game? bolulu
I would also like to see the option to improve transfer/wageroll budgets in negotiations when being offered a new job. For me it is just as important as the salary offer.
GoDi
Agreed, manager contract negotiations are the most boring thing in the game, and always has been...
Punchdrunk
They used to have clauses in the manager contracts (like improve facilities) but it was taken out a while ago. I can't remember the reason.

kendall75
One more to agree! The manager negociations are about the most boring and useless thing in the game! Apart from going for an extra year you really can't do much. Raising your salary won't change much of anything for you. Really would be good to be able to deal for more wages, transfer budget, staff! slipknot67
Raising your salary won't change much of anything for you. Having as long a contract as possible with the highest wages you can get increases your job security. The board will be a bit more patient with you if it will cost them a fortune in compensation to terminate your contract. I do agree with the op btw, contract negotiations having more to them would be a great addition.
