DJ Backchat
Hey Can someone please help me? My game won't launch in steam, yet when i try and quit steam its says FM12 is already running? I've read the forums here and steam and looked for .ncf files to delete but can't find any, can't even find a folder called Steam in the application support folder. i'm not sure what it is as FM11 still launches fine and the games been working fine ever since i got it over a month ago but now its suddenly stopped working. When i click on play i don't even get the icon bouncing in my dock. has anyone got any advice please?
DJ Backchat
i've also tried verifying the cache repeatedly and still nothing. tried restarting team, restarting my mac yet the only way to exit steam is to force quit it as it thinks the FM 12 is running. Is this because of the patch? Most admit this is really annoying me now. Should I send the game back or ask for my money back

DJ Backchat
Yep i've also checked the threads of other people with the same problems and tried all the fixes recommended. I went to delete steam for the third time to reinstall and now the steam website is down so I can't even download it again to install it. I'm not blaming you guys as its probably unforseen but there appears to be an issue with this autoupdate and mac users these are my mac specs Processor 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 (11C74)
Matt ex SEGA
I'd suggest having a chat with SEGA customer services - they're probably the best people to help you out. Sorry - I don't really know anything about Macs!
