Punjaboom
So to cut a long story short, I am managing Borussia Gladbach and I managed to get 2nd in the league in my 1st season. My problem is that when the club announced a new sponsorship deal it was for 170k per annum. That is a ridiculous amount of money, surely the 'sponsors' would realise that the club has potential to grow and would offer way more money than that. What I'm asking is what was the game's thought process behind this and what determines the amount of sponsorship money the club receives. Thanks. mije1983
Was it the main sponsorship, or an additional one? I don't know if the game takes into account 'future growth' or whether it's based on where you are at present.
Guest
Is that for the main sponsorship deal or is it one of the supplemental deals? In a pre-emptive post sponsorship does seem to take its time increasing however the kind of companies that can offer multi-million deals will look for a club with a global or continental reputation & I'm afraid it will take a few years of consistent success with a club like Borussia Monchengladbach to reach that sort of level.
