Mr Mikey787878 Posted February 3, 2012 Share Posted February 3, 2012 Hi folks? Does anyone know how to expand width or number of characters in in-match scoreboard? I'm playing as Harrogate Railway and the default scoreboard width only allows 16 characters. Because Harrogate railway is longer than that it always abbreviates it to the 6 letter name ie/ H'gate. Erimus1876 Posted February 4, 2012 Share Posted February 4, 2012 I asked about this last year on here and the concensus was is it can't be done unfortunately, at least no one who replied knew how. The good news is I found a way to get the full names to appear by modifying the editor. Its possible to override the short name and 6 letter name restriction in your editor so the game is forced to always use a clubs full name in the scoreboard, league tables, and fixtures list. The bad news is you would need to start a new game for it to work. If you want to modify your own editor settings to override the 6 letter restriction just PM me and I'll show you how.
