Guest Posted February 11, 2012 Share Posted February 11, 2012 Sounds like you're probably over-doing the fitness training, as the season progresses there is less reason to have players working on their fitness in training as match time should be enough to keep them at a decent level without the added risk of injuries caused by overworked bodies.
