rafafloripa Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 On your squad screen, players with specific issues will have a exclamation mark near their position boxes. Like Henrique and Jairo on the following example: If you tap on them and go to their Personal Screen, you will get the reason why they're upset. In my example, Henrique is like this: In his Happiness, it says "Feels he should be a first team regular". In this case, you have two options: play him more often or sell him. Even when there are no issues like this in your squad, sometimes a bad run of form can bring the morale down. If this is the case, try interacting with your players, praising or criticizing them once in a while can help them to get more motivated. SI Staff Marc Vaughan Posted February 17, 2012 SI Staff Share Posted February 17, 2012 Incidentally the text you see here will give you some other hints about the player: For instance the Coach Comment Appears likely to sign for the highest bidder shows he's not particularly loyal (and looking out for his best financial interests rather than the club) - bear that in mind when dealing with him, he's not likely to back down in contract negotiations if he believes he'll get more elsewhere. Relationships Thinks Tiago Machowski is a talented player this shows he'll probably get unhappy if you sell this player and/or upset him - so bear that in mind also (the opposite is also sometimes true where a player doesn't get on with someone and will cheer up if he's sold). Quite right - but sometimes its quicker to use the 'quick links' menu on the bottom right of the menu bar to hop quickly to a screen directly than swipe to it ...
