Lord Dakier
Does anyone have a rough team talks guide? My ass man seems to be useless at them and also what stats does the ass man need for good team talks?
chocolatecoatedballs
rough team talk guide for me: Choose assertive -> second last option, relax baby, if against a hard team. Any red or complacency resposes should be overcome with an individual talk of assertive -> You have faith option/still more to come option. If iffy or easy win, skip team talk, or tell them to do it for the team, or you expect a win, wich will garantee a no response. Chose positiotional talks and choose assertive -> You have faith option/still more to come option. Works for me.

Works brilliantly, haven't lost 3 in a row so far and had a bit of a bad record before it.
