nbirkett1
I recently signed a 19 year old MR for my team. Every 3 games or so he "needs a rest" and is starting to get jaded, even though his condition is 95% or above. What stats govern how likely a player is to get jaded? And is there a way to prevent this/train him to improve. His natural fitness is 12, stamina 11.
THOG
It's just a matter of playing too many games and I think young players may be more susceptible to it. Give the player an extended break (several weeks).
Kain
If you've signed him during the season, it may well be that training levels may have been too high at his previous club, or that he played too many games in succession there. I've only ever really experienced this when bringing in players in the mid-season transfer window, and it's a young player who's already had about 15-20 games in the season. nbirkett1
I signed him pre season, and have just started mine, so he's only played 10 games this year... I've started resting him from training and it seems to help a bit.
