ljwjones
I am managing PSG in France so have the 4 maximum non-EU players. Most of my great re gens atm are coming from abroad and I am wondering which EU nations would be the quickest to loan them out to? As France is 5 years to get the status. Apos
Spain needs only 2 years iirc(or 3?). Pretty much explains why their national team ends up being so good as well.
Veg
In Spain is two years for people from the former spanish colonies, and 5 for the ret of the world. Belgium needs three, and from 2013 Croatia will be an EU member they have 2 years.
