Junior Coaching affects the starting CA of the youngsters. I'd just think as any team who doesn't have the max youth recruiting and junior coaching I could ask and be told "no" by the board like I can with requests about the stadium, facilities, scouting, etc. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
