[Regens] Good regens from countries not normally noted for producing good soccer players

I thought this may pop up some good regens. I currently have a 16yo regen from Turkmeinistan who I am going to persist with:

I got him as a regen 14yo and kept him pretty much because of his nationality. He does have a bit of potential but I don't think he is ever going to be pushing the first team at Dortmund.

I do have a cracking GK from Costa Rica but I think they have produced their fair share of quality players so won't bother uploading him.
