fat Lion1
I am currently playing as a Level 14 team called West Brigford and they are an amateur side, now I can deal with this at my level with bigger clubs poaching my players and stuff, but I don’t want to remain amateur and this still happen when I start getting promoted to the higher leagues, so my question is are they hardcoded amateur? Probably a dumb question, but I want to know before I get too far into this save. On a sidenote the patch is a Nottinghamshire route level 14 and can be found here: http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/299654-FM-2012-English-Pyramid-down-to-Level-11-(Level-14-Notts-Leagues)-Original-by-golden-eagle Brilliant patch with no bugs, crash tested till at least 2022. kieronbrown73
From what I understand once the club reaches a certain reputation level you become professional.
fat Lion1
That is good, I just don't want my team to be hardcoded amateur.
Nobby_McDonald
Queen's Park (and maybe one or two other staunchly amateur sides) are hard coded to stay amateur, but somebody like West Bridgeford won't be.
easternhawk2
When you get to level 10(possibly 11, but definitely 9) I expect you would go semi-pro. Getting to go pro depends on club finances before league 2, but when you reach league 2 you go Professional no matter what.

kccircle
Didn't realise Queens Park were hard coded amateur. Got them up one division but hit a wall. Lose any decent player I get hold of
