Rick87
Hi, I'm trying to create the Vatican as a club within the Italian league system but I also want them as a playable nation as in San Marino, How would I go about doing that?

Unknown Hacker
Follow the steps detailed in the regional databases thread linked above to create the nation, then simply add a club and place them into the Italian league system. You'd need to create a Vatican League system though otherwise the game will freeze when generating European places.
