Ian2oo9
Whenever a reserve team loses to another teams first team, the news story covers it as an embarrasing defeat for my team. For example...Liverpool Reserves vs. Leeds first team. My reserves lost by a single goal, yet the media covered it as if it was a major shock. I'm assuming that they aren't recognising the difference between the reserves and first team and are just seeing "Liverpool". My real issue is that I'm wondering if this adversely affects the club in any way as it's quite a common occurrence or is it simply a news coverage blip. Nothing more? arsenalthebest
I've had that to no idea if it affects morale, how good are your reserves? in one game my reserves where excellent (for reserves standard) and could of given most championship sides a match
lemeures
It definitely effects morale if you make 1st team players available for reserves and they lose! Cant say I've noticed it go the other way though
