lemeures Posted September 4, 2012 Share Posted September 4, 2012 Just had a 19 year old regen demand a wage increase for a performance in the reserves, any one else had this? Hes only started 5 games all season, and we're in March. I would understand if he just won me a cup, but a reserves friendly, really... How do other people react to wage rise demands, I always try to keep them happy if its reasonable. Do they back down if you think it's unjustified, or shell I just sale him now you think? POMPEY657 Posted September 4, 2012 Share Posted September 4, 2012 Put your foot down and tell them that they're being unprofessional (or along those lines). 99 times out of a 100, they will say sorry and that you're right.
